Hi, My name is Aura-Dawn. I once was a glamor photographer, so let me see if can give you proper Critique.
At first glance the picture of so many flocking seagulls is amazing, To think that all the gulls would be in focus would be stupid so I won't talk about that. You said that you do post work to correct the color and what is necessary. Upon blowing your picture up so that could see it well it becomes very evident that the lens is dirty on the camera. I take it that you used a digital camera. All across the area just above the water plane there are spots, some black some multicolor. This is very distracting. Also the horizon is pale and washed out. Am not sure if it would be possible to do post work on the horizon as it would make the water to dark.
Really the only good thing I can say about this picture is that the readiness of you to capture the birds. I would have passed this by, but it is only fair that you are critiqued as requested. my work is rarely critiqued.
